My Business Creed
- I will provide the best service possible for every client I represent.
- I will always tell a client what they need to hear, even if it isn’t what they want to hear.
- I will only enter into a client relationship where I know what is expected of me can be done in good faith.
- I will only enter into an agreement with a seller who is realistic with regard to proper pricing.
- When hired to sell a client’s home, I will always recommend ways to enhance the value or reduce its marketing time, even if it means telling them things they do not want to hear.
- I acknowledge that I may sometimes lose a listing because I am truthful with my clients while my competitors may tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business.
- I will always keep in sight that my honesty, understanding, loyalty, accountability and creativity are what sets me apart from others in the real estate business.
- I will always use a well-trained, professional staff to assist me in the complex home selling process.
- I will always treat all parties honestly and fairly and I will always offer my listed properties without regard to race, color, age, creed, sex, national origin, handicap or family status.
- I will always strive for excellence by staying current in the real estate business through reading, networking with other real estate professionals and attending real estate education conferences and courses so that I may best serve my clients.
While my clients are a major portion of my life, my God is foremost and my family is next. I regularly set aside time for spiritual, family, recreation and social pursuits. Only by retaining balance am I able to provide my clients our best service. I share this with you because I believe it is important for you to know how I feel about our lives, our careers and the marketing of your home.
