Alan Hopper

- Master of Business Administration, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, 1996.
Background
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Alan worked for 13 years in the electric utility industry as an engineer and as a financial analyst. His areas of expertise included Consulting, Resource Planning, Price Forecasting, Load Forecasting, and Price Structuring. He moved to the Dallas area in 1999 from Arkansas to take a position with Panda Energy International, Inc., one of the world’s most progressive independent power producers.
Alan’s decision to obtain his real estate license in the Spring of 2001 marked the beginning of the fulfillment of his dream to become involved in a more service-oriented profession. Being a licensed real estate agent has given Alan the freedom to meet many different types of people from all walks of life, and in doing so, has provided challenges and opportunities beyond expectations.
Real Estate
Into his eighth year in Real Estate, Alan has had several successes, both as a buyer’s consultant and as a seller’s consultant. He was recognized for “A Great Beginning” by Keller Williams Realty recently, was awarded the #4 Rookie of the Year 2002, and was given an Excellence Award by Association Technology Services, Inc. In his first full year as an Ebby Halliday, REALTORS® agent, Alan reached the Diamond and Platinum levels within the organization.
Alan’s successes are attributed to God first and then to the realization that excellent service is what differentiates him from many of his colleagues. Therefore, Alan is dedicated to providing his clients with unmatched dedication in fulfilling their real estate needs.
Hobbies
When not working, Alan’s biggest hobby is singing with the Vocal Majority Chorus, the world’s best men’s barbershop chorus. The Vocal Majority performs many different types of music in the DFW area as well as all around the world. Alan also enjoys running, playing tennis, and snow skiing.
